Excellent 24-hour reception and helpful staff, but wifi on the 5th floor didn't work well.

Consider requesting a kettle in advance as it might not be readily available upon arrival.

I appreciated the fact that the young gentleman at the reception desk spoke both English and German. Also, I had left one of my cell phones in my room after checking out and appreciate your staff's efforts to contact me within a few hours after my departure, which allowed me to retrieve my cell phone that same afternoon.

The design offers a solid, modern aesthetic that balances style and comfort in the rooms. The spaciousness of the Beautiful Twin Room provided a welcome refuge at the end of a long day.

The air-conditioning was a headache, being impossible to adjust to a comfortable level. The toilet seat in my room bore evidence of someone else's stay, and dust had accumulated in corners, disappointing. The limited functionality of the EV charging points also left something to be desired, with only half operational.

The place was descent and simple and the stuff were polite, the location was great almost in an industrial area. A wide range of reasonably priced food, I liked it. I had a great time.

The hotel is only 20min drive (by bus 1 euro) from the city so very convenient, friendly and clean.

Double room was around 90 euros per night so for the location it seemed just a little bit overpriced by it is Amsterdam!

Staying here was a delight with its proximity to parks like Jagersplas, just a 20-minute walk away, and the charming Het HEM, only a bit more than a kilometer from the hotel. The spacious rooms provided a nice retreat after all my exploring, though I would have loved better facilities for making tea or coffee right in my room.

Im shocked this hotel is still standing. No cleaning service, not what i expected at all. And dont even get me started on the breakfast hours, like who actually wants to wake up that early? I thought i was special enough for an upgrade, but i guess that only goes to the 'regulars'. Just couldn't give them a good review.

The Restaurant was a little expensive but the food was excellent and the staff very friendly.

When I checked out I thought my bill was rather high and queried it. The desk clerk refunded me for four breakfasts that she said had been wrongly charged. The bill was in Dutch and I did not understand it. When I arrived home I found that I had been overcharged for twelve breakfasts. Bearing in mind that I only stayed for two nights I cannot understand how they could have done this. I contacted the hotel and they said they would call me back but they never did. I contacted my credit card company and they got me a refund. If you stay here check your bill before paying it.

Our driver arrived as planned and as advised and the room was paid for in advance with a credit card and the hotel comfirmed that the room was paid for yet our driver was still refused the room when he arrived at the hotel

Modern & pretty standard hotel, easy location almost in an industrial area, especially helpful stuff. Nice and outstanding meals. Easy check-in, late check-out. Location close enough to Amsterdam Central station as well as the city centre. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Yada Yada Market.

The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a big win for us! We enjoyed some quality family time near the beautiful Zaan river, and the convenient bike rentals made exploring the area super fun.

For dads, it would be great to have some in-room facilities like coffee and tea.
